Levertijd: Oleyes.com streeft ernaar om de meeste bestelde producten binnen 8 werkdagen te leveren. Houd er rekening mee dat sommige producten mogelijk een langere levertijd vereisen, en dit zal duidelijk worden vermeld tijdens het bestelproces.

Retournering:
a. Klanten hebben het recht om producten binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te retourneren, zonder opgave van reden.
b. Retournering moet in de originele staat en verpakking zijn.
c. Klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor de retourkosten, tenzij het product defect is of verkeerd is geleverd.

Terugbetaling:
a. Terugbetalingen worden verwerkt binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het geretourneerde product.
